I know there are some Amenra fans in here that would want to hear this. Oddly enough this new EP is all acoustic but still of high quality. To be expected, it's extremely gloomy but holds my attention more than some other acoustic albums (Songs of Grief and Solitude comes to mind).

Checking this out, Cheers. AmenRa I-II is my RC circle jerk of the month. Absolute monstrously engaging music. Far harsher than Isis, with sparse moments of tranquility thrown in to the mix. It's those calm moments that really bring out the rough end, a juxtaposition to engulf the firmament, and my loins.

Dude, you need to listen to III-IIII

The Afterlife EP is pretty good too, I agree. It's acoustic but still has the same Amenra "feel."

How the hell did this thread fly under the radar with zero replies?

Because nobody cares about my posts.

Downloaded both of these this evening, was able to listen to half of III whilst driving in to this mummer's farce, blown the hell away! :kickass::kickass:

Can't believe the entire catalogue is no older than a decade and everything is oop. Do they only press enough for their friends and family, fn bullshit.
