So as of October 1, I am officially moving into my first office. Been running my business (web development/marketing) out of home for almost 3 years and it's time to move on.
Hiring a salesperson (which has been a very difficult task to say the least) and incorporated my business and changed names ... basically going all out.

The move was pretty painless financially, but it feels good. Already, even though I am not there yet, been pushing myself more to do more work.

The best part of it is that the office is in this Brazilian area, one subway stop away from Manhattan ... so the visuals at lunch time are fantastic (the woman kind and scenery kind)

My friend has taken the office next door, so we should have a good atmosphere each day.

Time to kick some ass

yeah, one of these days i'll be joining you in the be-yer-own-boss world. probably once i move from here and establish a bit of cash to sit on, too young and spendstupid to have much of a nest egg just yet. well i have one, but nothing to fall back on that's for sure.

i don't really like the idea of working for the next 30 years, but then again i also don't like not having sex with 5 supermodels every night. sometimes you eat the bar, sometimes the bar eats you.

Personally, i'm quite happy to infiltrate the system and try and destroy it from within. I'd very much like to work for cisco and still have my long hair and such, probably won't happen, but goddamn if I won't try.

so after a month ... all seems ok so far.
i cannot find a salesperson for the life of me ... put ads in quite a few places ... and nobody interesting responded.
my friend who has the other half of the space is in the same situation ... nada.
