Amon Amarthy Test Mix

Hello all, it's me again. This is a viking-inspired tone test I just did with Dirthead and Addictive Drums (sampled augmented). I'm a drummer and have only been playing guitar for a month, so bear with me.

Guitars are quad tracked, into Dirthead VST with GuitarHack impulses.

Drum are AD with The Kick Project kick and one of the LSD snares to augment.

Bass is pitch shifted guitar with a ton of shit piled on.

Drums sound really good
Guitar tone could use some work
They sound kinda muffled and just muddy and unclear
bring up the treble and presence some on your sim
turn the bass down on the sim too
and If you can get your hands on a bass guitar
record with that for the bass instead
it does make the world of a difference!
