Unlike many other developers, we do not base our amps on just schematics and off-the-shelf algorithms. We always start by first obtaining the actual hardware we are modeling. We seek out the best vintage units from the most sought after years. For our Soldano SLO-100 model, we obtained a prized head from Mike Soldano himself, from his own private collection. You are seeing that above. Every component and interaction was carefully measured, and custom algorithms were developed to reproduce its behaviour exactly.
