Amplitube2 + Superior 2.0 Death Metal... Need your input

I've spent the last two days going in circles with this mix. I'm kinda lost at this point. Any input would be much appreciated!

I'm going for a really aggressive and punchy mix but I feel like I might be going overboard with the compression...

I realy like the mix , expect the kick ... when you hear only the kick in some part there is some room-sound that I dont dig at all... and when the realy fast doubles it dosent sound that good

That's definitely good progress. I know what you mean about going in circles. There's a limit of how many times I can listen to the same thing over and over again in one day.

Yeah. The kick is what's driving me nuts. I just scooped the mids and it sounds much better. The guitar chain is just Andy's c4, and an EQ. I'd be happy to post the amplitube patch.

did you put andys c4 in each channel or in your guitar bus?

could you tell me your eq?

The EQ is just a simple high and low pass. Nothing special at all. Ill post the Amplitube patch when I get get home tonight. The band was using a Jackson with an EMG 60 in the bridge.
