hmm.. I honestly can say that Anathema have unbelievable stage presence when you are actually there. Very spiritual experience. I've seen them only once in a festival called Ilosaarirock (7/2000)and what a amazing experience - and I usually hate festival gigs. I didn't have any Anathema records before the performance. On next monday I had.

so now this is the perfect example of what i was talking about when he had that little discussion about that DVD. it's a crappy product and it's everything but a good promotion for the band. so who was right huh?

 this thread is preposterous!:yow:

First it seems that certain dvd coppies lack the videoclips, which are hardly ever mentioned.
Second Vincent's performance is top, especially if you consider that it wasnot that long since he started singing for the band. Personally I was blown away with the way he handled his vocals, especially in the earlier songs, which, prior to the dvd I had seen him singing only live. :yow: :worship:

i do not have a dvd player but i bought the dvd and watched some of it at a friend's place tonight.

i think it is awesome.

i think that even if it were blatantly horrible i would love it....i am just a jaded fan like that.

it may not be the best quality ever, but i don't mind at all,as i was searching for the videotape for ages...
and,you know,i prefer a lower quality,than completely computerised perfect picture/sound.would be good,though,for the "masses",objectively talking*the standards of a good dvd release*,but anyway...that's up to the record company.
personally,i was stunned with the concert, the vids and that.
as for the stage appearance,it was just fine i think.they are not Korn for god's sake:p
i've seen the guys twice and the experience was indiscribable
