New live DVD coming soon!
Anathema will be releasing a new live DVD entitled 'a moment in time' through metal mind productions. This dvd features a live performance from the recent metal mania show which the band performed with the baccus string quartet. This is in response the the fact the the previous 'were you there' dvd is now out of print and shows no sign of being reprinted.

The setlist features old and new anathema songs and extras on the dvd will include interview footage and extra songs from previous shows in poland. the band are also pleased to announce that the dvd will feature songs from their earlier albums, eternity and alternative 4, as well as a storming version of comfortably numb. It also looks great. we hope you enjoy it.

Metal Mind Productions will release a new Anathema DVD, "A Moment in Time", on May 29.

The main part of DVD was recorded in Poland at the famous Metal Mania Festival 2006 (the biggest hard rock/metal festival in Eastern Europe). The set list included their best songs plus a cover of PINK FLOYD's "Comfortably Numb". The guest performance was done by a string quartet. Bonus material includes live video footage, video clips, and a documentary. The DVD will be available also in a limited edition with bonus audio CD.

The artwork to "A Moment In Time" DVD was created by Travis Smith, who has previously worked with SKINLAB, NEVERMORE, DEVIN TOWNSEND, RIVERSIDE and others.

Aw, don't cry. That always happens. Many bands (that I usually don't like) come here every year, but never the ones I'd like to see. And I guess the chances of Katatonia coming to Argentina are almost null, if don't null at all
Maybe I should move to Europe or something... mh...

My fiance saw them several years ago and said it was phenominal. I am hoping to fly to Mexico to see them when they do the south american tour. It will be a good excuse for a vacation out there anyway
