g'day dark ones....
Tell me about this band....I can't even find them in the stores i'm looking so I haven't heard much of their songs!
Which albums should I buy if any and which songs do you recommend?
I mean....who do they sound like? What genre are they etc.
tell me all
mmmmmmmmmwahahahaha hehe

sit back...bang your heads...enjoy

I have only one of their albums, the first one "Dynamic Gallery of Thought", which is similar to Dimmu Borgir, melodic black metal with keyboards. It was pretty mediocre in my opinion, so I never paid any more attention to the band. I know though that in the last couple of albums they used many electronic elements. I guess it depends on your tastes.

I've got Allotropic Metamorphic Genesis Of Dimorphism, and I really like it. I guess you have to like your metal a bit more obscure; I like dance/electronic music so it's quite to my taste. I think they pull the experiment off really well. 'Tears Have No Name' is a great song, with beautiful lyrics to boot. That song alone made me buy the album after i'd downloaded it.

Ive got and oceans last three albums- the new Cypher is much better than AMGOD, yet it seems the black metal aspect that was so strong in AMGDO, and in the first disk of symmetry of I, has been replaced with even more techno and electronica influences. I rather like the second disc of symmetry of I- called the Circle of O, in which the band really does some serious experimenting with electronica- and it is quite good. As for the overall feel of the band, just think black metal mixed with electronica and techno. I still find AMGOD to be somehow generic and rather boring.

I have "The dynamic gallery of thoughts" on cd. I have so many records that I have to listen to, so I've never got past track 5 I think. It's questionable if I'll ever really listen to it, so I might be willing to trade it with you if you're interested....?
