one question about anders jivarp
as he writes most of the songs,does he also play guitar to write the songs or does he just play drums ?

Yeah, I never really noticed his talent until DD. Then, after listening to the older albums, I realized it was there the whole time. Good stuff.

he uses that and a guitar too. when i got to talk to him in kansas he said he writes on guitar somtimes.
I loved anders way of playing drums from the first time.
btw I also worship drummers who compose songs. they seems to understand perfectly which is their exact job in the band. that's bringin the rithm, dominating the song, making some cool tricks here and there to colour the musik, but not trying to be the center of the attention, not trying to overrate their position in the band, sacificin his own talent for the benefit of the overall.

One of my friend is really sure off his things when he says the drummer of Korn is way better... 
He must be sick today or something, must speak some sense into him...

well, sure, they're not from the same planet. you just can't compare the two styles. you wouldn't as well compare salad with meat on a 1:1 basis. the korn drummer is good in what he does, and there's no doubt about that. so is anders. they just are farmers harvesting different types of crop.
