Hmm might be useful for me when I'm over by my cab placing mics. Maybe control the levels of multiple mics so I can see how they blend without having to walk back over to my desk. Whats the price in the Android Market?

Exactly what I was thinking! It's 3,49 €

I tried it out a couple of days ago with my HTC Desire HD and Pro Tools. Kinda laggy and crashed :/

Havn't had a problem!
Get Cyanogenmod 7 damnit!

Yeah I read it, and I (try to) do everything it explains but well, my english sometimes shows its limits :D

Hello,

Is there any cheap phone I can get on ebay that is decent in terms of longevity and reliabily, and that can tether/modem its 3G connection ? I'm trying to set up a system where I would have 2 phones, one for my new country, one for home, both being able to tether via wifi to an ipad or a laptop ?

It doesn't have to be fancy because it would only have a secondary SIMcard and would be used to be available to receive calls, and I would probably switch SIMcards between my phones when I change country for a few days or for holidays to always have the local SIM card in my main phone. Also it would be a backup in the event my iphone fails one day (it's important because I have standby duty days where I need to be able to receive official calls at all times).
