Anyway this mix does sound great!!! Got a heavy black album vibe for sure ... honestly I dont think we ever found out who actually did it, my guess would be Mr. Rock ... telling them HEY FUCKERS YOU NEVER SHOULD HAVE LEFT!!

He did make the best sounding Metallica albums, minus St. Anger but the black album and load / reload sound phenomenal.

I think the only real problem with Rock was, and this is only opinion, he became too involved in the creation process. Had he left well enough alone and let them create the music we would never have seen St. Anger

He's hanging out at Dave's place, workin on stuff for the Megadeth cd at the time ... they put on DM for shits 'n giggles ... Dave makes a comment about what they allowed to happen to the sound of their cd ... Andy say "wait, watch what I do to this song hehehe"

He's got the perfect alibi ... "I was busy working on the Megadeth, no time to be playing around with GH files" but in all honestly, how long could it have actually taken him to fix that tune up? Like an hour maybe? hahaha
