HI guys!!!

It's maybe a wild dream that i'm having but it is this even remotely possible?

Tell me that Lars will have a great snare sound again!!!

The advantages on both parts (producer and band) would be enormous!!!

Keeping on dreaming... :dopey: :dopey: :dopey:

Whatever people would say... The thought actually makes me cream my pants...

Remember how Kreator made a comeback with Sneap? No offense to old-schoolers but for me Violent Revolution and Enemy of God are just as good if not better than old Kreator stuff...(eventhough I am a huge fan of their earlier stuff too)

Can you imagine a similar Metallica comeback?!! :OMG:

I would have liked them to have had some riffs for the last one!! Is it me, or was there NO proper riffs on that album at all?

I thought "Frantic" had a good riff in it, could have rocked with the right production and smarter song arrangements.

The main thing Metallica has lacked in recent years is the attention to detail found in their earlier work. Seems they have been on autopilot for a while. Wish they would try a bit harder.

Andy Sneap would be an excellent choice for them... would be cool if it happens someday.

I think that Slayer would KILL with a Sneap production. I always dreamed of that happening. I read an interview with Tom A. where he was asked what he thought of KSE. His only comment was "Their albums sounds great!".

it would be great to hear andy produce and mix a slayer album, but they seem content with that guy forgot his name- but he's got thaty really raw live type vibe.

quite honestly I don't think they'd benefit from andy, I mean imagine trying to tell kerry to tighten up his rhythm playing and clean up his solo's :ill: *punch, no teeth*

What about Slayer working an new album with Sneap, Metallica with Roy Z and Sepultura with Colin Richardson?

3 huge comebacks if you ask me.

I'm loving the Richardson/Sepultura collabo!!!

Hey Brooks - check out Testament's "The Gathering" and their drummer.

Matt Hyde produced Slayer's last album, not Rick Rubin...

Yeah I'd love to hear a Lombardo double-kick/tom fill with sneap sauce.

If Andy produces their next CD they will have a good Snare Sound, play through a Krank Amp ( only stupid sarcasm) and you will hear the bass in the recording!
