Depends on the input level. Btw, this seems to be the c4 default setting with bypass on three band and the only active band on the 65-280hz area. Not hard to remember....

more important is to note the gain, range, attack, behavior, and knee settings, as the range of the active band will... or should if you are really to get any use out of this technique... vary from a little bit to quite a bit, depending on the guitar sound you are treating. release setting is irrelevant as the Automatic Release Control is engaged.
 
If I remember the C4 and based on the PIC, it's 8db reduction max. Unlike a compressor with a Ratio, the C4 works with Gain scales...

You can basically do the same thing with a Multiband compressor. Calibrate it to give -8db when a 0db or close to 0db signal is passed. The difference here is the basic C4 characteristic of ARC, Electro and a 0.5 Knee.
