Andy's Mic Placement Picture?

Hello all,
I have been reading and learning from this forum for quite a while now. I thought it was due time to register and ask a stupid n00b question, haha.

Anyways, I looked through all 6 pages and couldn't find the few JPEG's that shows Andy's SM57 placement, in which there were several shots from the side, top (?) and otherwise. If anyone could re-post these or repost the link I would greatly appreciate it. I am planning to record my ENGL Fireball over the next few days and need a new starting point for my mic placement techniques.

Any suggestions from any of you would be great as well!
