I'd really like to see how the Savage blends with a 5150 or Recto. If anyone has one of these and could reamp 2 guitartracks for me, then I'd lay them down as DI tracks for the next project?

String Theory = the little inserts that show up in the left speaker
Absynth 3 = all the trebly pads in the guitar-part

LEAD CHANNEL:

Gain: 1 o'clock
Lead: 1 o'clock
Lead boost off
Contour on
Bass: 12 o'clock
Middle: 11 o'clock
Treble 2 o'clock
Hi Balance: 4 o'clock
Rough/Smooth: off
Lead Volume: 3 o'clock
Presence: 12 o'clock

Nothing special, really

Those are the same settings used on the other clip ("Dawn Patrol") and they sound COMPLETELY undergained when played on their own. Quadtracked there is quite enough gain ...

Thank man....in my Savage 60 your settings sound very weird..
Anyway...how do you use your Gain/Lead pots? In my savage Lead pot is the gain for the lead channel and Gain pot is a shared gain..But in this manner, when I play the lead channel I have 2 gain pots to set and I think it's a little complicated..
In my opinion 2 separate pots should be more simple.

Hm, I never played a Savage 60. It might be very different from the 120. Don't know ...

Regarding your Gain/Lead question: I just turn them till it sounds right. No special method to it ... sorry if this doesn't help much ...
