I never thought that I'd be voting for a Joey album to win this thing, but I think WCFYA should have left a long time ago, where Among is Joey's best album. Against any other Bush album, ATL would have been gone, but it's still a classic, a status that WCFYA will not achieve.

fuck u all,my vote is for wcfya, yes among is a classic but in twenty years time i have money on the latest crusher still holding up fine,i havent listened to among in years!!!

Agreed, IMO WCFYA is just to damn heavy, it fucking scorches, some of their best songwriting ever, I don't skip any trax because in every song there is at least one part where I just sit back and say, "FUCKINRIGHT!"

Great guitar work. Love all their records but it seems to me that poeple are voting WCFYA because it is their latest, it isn't a crime admitting that Anthrax's latest effort is their heaviest and most consistent effort to date, in fact I think Anthrax would take that as a complement.

I like Beer.

I agree with every word you said...mostly with BEER! Seriously, I do think WCFYA is the best Anthrax album. Not because it's new. I didn't think that about Stomp, when it came out. But this is only my opinion. Yeah, ATL might be a classic. But it's time to move on!

WCFYA is a great record and in 30 years i will not be the only one still listening to it, but no matter if you prefer John or Joey, AMONG is the best album of Anthrax's career and they will never release a better album than that. i'm not one of the anti-joey-types but a new version of AMONG with bush on vocals would definitely rule ROCK! also a cool thing would be a hc- or death metal-version of the whole AMONG-album, or AMONG-songs covered by S.O.D., or AMONG recorded new in the studio by Anthrax with guest-vocalists and guest-musicians, or AMONG recorded new by Anthrax (minus Charlie) with the newest and best-selling drumsound in Rock performed by the pioneer himself, Ar$e Ulrich beating on the trashcans he used as drumset for the recording of St. Stinker, or was the album-title "St. Stranger"? or "St. Ranger"? "Changer"? or "St. Danger", i can't remember right now.

ATL will always be the greatest to me...and yeah, they need to get John to do some of these songs for an album. I think ATL should be the last one standing because I for one became a hardcore Anthrax fan thanks to it!!

Just a damn shame! A generic (meaning, desperately trying to sound like everything else) typical Joey album is what Anthrax fans label as their best work??? No wonder this band can't get a break. A one dimensional singer, combined with a band that had yet to find their distinctive sound is what their "hardcore fans" determine to be their best offering? YIKES!!! Live in the now kids... generic is dead, died a long time ago... If you've ever played then you wouldn't even have a problem knowing that the Anthrax you hear now, is light years ahead of the flat sound of years ago.

Hope you're prepared for the backlash you'll get!:loco:

Let me be the first to say, Anthrax has never desperately tried to sound like everything else. Secondly, we're voting on which album is our least favorite, not which album has their "distinctive sound" or which album is "light years ahead".
