They were never on Sanctuary. Beyond was looking to sell their catalog to Sanctuary. That's how they would've ended up there.
This delay isn't the bands fault.

I just heard! Wow, can I get a big WTF! God, I can't wait through more delays! Yes, that sucks, but at least Scott said that things are OK? I guess we'll get the album sometime soon.
