I don't have hot water nor heating since yesterday. The red led is on, whenever I reset it, I can hear the sparkles trying to lit up a fire but there is none. The pressure reads zero, it was about 1bar before. Is that water or gas pressure ? Is that a self defense against loss of water pressure (leak) or just no gas is in ?
I'd like to know if I can fix something quickly before I try to call, it's always a little struggle in portuguese
