Any idea how to get this kick sound?

So guys been listening to this a lot and its my favourite production of this year!!! Can't stop listening to Avatar ha ha.

Anyone know any kick samples that sound similar to this or how I could tune a kick to sound similar when recording? And any idea of how it might have been processed? Maybe even any mic placements you might you would suggest?

Sounds like there's a bit of room mic in there so that's probably a big part of the drum sound, very slappy sounding kick so try boosting in the 2.5-5khz area. Really depends on the kick though so use your ears. I don't know how much experience you have with mixing but check out Ermz guide on drums, that oughta give you some pointers in the right direction. As far as samples go, anything with some slap should work, slate has plenty of that.

But you can get a similar sounding kick to that if you use a really hollow sounding acrylic with no baffling inside of it!
