hmm....
Time Requiem (formed by ex-Majestic keyboard player, I didn't care for Majestic, but a lot of people did, anyway, they are better than Majestic)
Scholomance (technical, brutal, great)
Forlorn (not really new new, well, I don't know how to describe them. They are heavy but soft. You may not like them though if you can't stand Dimmu Borgir style metal.)
Andromeda (They've only released 2 cds, so they are pretty new. Very good, I would suggest their newest one, II=1.)
Wolverine (up and coming progressive metal. Look out for them in the future.)
Madder Mortem (very different. They have a female singer, but don't think that that makes them like every other goth/doom metal band with female vocals. No, she screeches, whispers, etc.)
Pagan's Mind (another up and coming progressive metal band.)
Mental Home (The End Records calls them Atmospheric Dark Doom Metal. Check out Black Art.)
Winds (not enough people know about WINDS. Get with the program and get Reflections of the I, now.)
Virgin Black (wow, are there words to even describe something this unique.................................................nope, no words can describe it.)
Man, I'm getting tired of typing. There are a lot of bands though, a lot.
