I have to say , Alive in Athens is one of the best live ever from an objective point of view : sold at the price of a regular cd , great packaging and great setlists and the songs are better than the studio versions.

Even if I have absolutely no faith in Jon Schaffer's actions nowadays whatsoever, I'll give him one last chance to make this "supar-awesome-sci-fi-time-travelling-demon!!!!1111" concept album he has kept talking about for the last 8 years and has kept been putting aside.

Wait till you hear what he has to say about it. It definitely has me psyched.

It's weird but for ages I liked Something Wicked the most, but now Burnt Offerings easy. And yes, the Alive in Athens brings it alive!!

Best trilogy = "Glorious Burden". SO SO SO good, you could hate Iced Earth and still be floored by that trilogy. Those cannons....
