Any thoughts on new Mbox standard model?

So I lurked this mbox thread on GS. Haven't found really anything worthy, except that it sounds better than Apogee Duet by some accounts. Have some of you had any experience with it?
I see from the specs that it has 1MOhm impedance on the instrument input, which is definitely cool.

I have the pro version and I fuckin love it. It sounds great, looks great and has a lot of versatility. Paired up with my Mico and it's all I'll need for a long time. Just dont bother getting it if you have plans on using it for serious drum tracking at any point cause you'll only have 8 inputs. As far as the standard model... Only diff is the the pro is FireWire and the others are USB. Aside from that the pres and converters are supposed to be the same
