im a chick.... thrash is great, tho i listen to all genres of metal...
i am quite pissed i reccently missed the Destruction and Kreator tour

my question is, tho females into metal are in low quanity why do people always assume they dont exist?

even worse, why do dudes assume chicks into metal have to dress like goth chicks? is there really something wrong with a chick wearing band shirts (and im not talking girly shirts) jeans or army pants and boots?

Hell no, that is cool too. I guess most guys assume that because for some reason it has become the "femine" way for a girl who is into metal to dress like. I think a girl wearing a slayer shirt is super hot, no need to be all "goth" like.

why assume tho that all females perfer to dress as "girls"... how are "girls" supposed to dress anyway? if u say girls are supposed to dress a certain way so shouldnt males and its not very "manly" according to society to have long hair or such... why make girls follow social norms? why should anyone?

i support bands i like by wearing their shirts... i have for about 10 years ....

I am me. I am a girl. I like a lot of different types of metal. I don't conform. I like other types of music too, including vanilla ice and blink 182. I think anyone who conforms to any one aspect of something is a poser. (eg. ppl who are die-hard fans and don't respect when a band changes their sound) i could go on forever, but I won't. end of story.

Well, Conforming is what a band is doing when they change their sound. They are trying to fit in with the mainstream crap. So, why would a die-hard fan not be upset? I don't conform but the bands can. That makes no sense what so ever.

And about the way a metal-chic dresses. I believe you do your own thing. I like jeans and band shirts. Is there something wrong with that. No, bc I am me, not you. You do whatever you want to but don't judge me. We all are beautiful women anyway we dress.

I'm a guy so here's my 2 cents worth:

Metal Women are the hottest sexiest most beautiful women on the planet. I like to see a fair "Metal maiden" wearing t-shirts and jeans, or black lacy Gothic stuff if that's her thing. No matter what, I think Metal Women deserve a bit more respect from the guys than they get, and should be treated better. Most Metal guys I've met seem to think of them as a sexual conquest, to be had and abandoned. But they are so much more than that. Som are teachers, mothers, wives, philosophers, musicians, artists, and so on.
So treat them right guys, you might be glad you did!!!!!!!
