hey guys any advice on how i can get this sounding better???The guitars are pod xt and the bass is a shitty pitched down guitar???uke: Just a bit of EQ and then C4 on the guitars in the mix.playin was pretty sloppy as well so i imagine thats not helping..Cheers..

it sounds weak to me - drums need more punch

kick/snare are not in place

guitars sounds too fuzzy and boomy

try using other samples on snare\kick - use parallel compression
and some EQ on master fader

Guitars need more top IMO. Did you cut some of the highs or something?

Yeah..trying to get rid of that 'pod fizz'.I cut form bout 10k upwards during the mix.Listening back on it i think i went too overboard.ill give it another shot at some stage.

Sounds a lot better now. Still think it could use a couple things though...

-maybe cut the mids on the guitars a tad (especially the one on the left channel)
-I think the drums could sound beefier, maybe compress some more

Other than that, things sound awesome!
