I can't find anything on the Myspace, and also will there be a sample put up any place? Can't wait to hear Dan's growls on this shit.

Probably a 2009 release, from the way things are looking right now. The majority of the stuff is already recorded, and now it's left with the bass to be done. 
Derrick Ramirez has been much too busy with work and family commitments, so there's really nothing I can do about it at this point of time. Looks like waiting is the only solution....
I'm just as looking forward to getting the album out as much as you do Mr. Tumm, but it will not make sense for me to have some samples released on Myspace without doing any justice to the production itself.
