Anybody hear of "Diablo" yet ?

Just got turned on to this band from Finland...somebody posted the new cd "Eternium" on the usenet under the heading "if you love Soilwork then listen to this". I have to say, it csrtainly sounds a lot like the older Soilwork we all seem to be partial to. Tight, heavy and great guitar work...surprised they are so polished without any real label support. Their website didn't list any U.S. distributors for their music, but you might want to check alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.heavy-metal to see if it is still there.

Diablo's drummer is my friend's drum teacher. I've seen them live once a few years ago and probably going to see them again next month. Haven't heard the whole album yet but a couple of the tracks sound pretty promising.

Diablo isnt that great, sounds like stuff better bands have already made.

Eternium is fairly simple stuff and I think it works best in smaller portions. Nonetheless it's very "entertaining" cd.

Diablo are good but nothing special IMO.
