Anyone else having problems with Slate Digital???

I ordered FG-X from there yesterday for 50% off, but I haven't received any email with a receipt or the license number to download it from their site, and the money was most definitely taken out of my account.

Anyone else had similar issues???

Seems like there is a queue because they got a lot of sales, and I believe they more or less work manually on the serials ? I've seen that mentionned in another thread, someone got "queued" serial number. Otherwise just send a message to them.

check your spam folder!

i've always gotten emails pretty much instantly.

I ordered vcc last night too still nothing. No spam either. I've never had a problem with them either

You have to refresh your invoice, you get the passcode and the download link there. You don't get the email until you are get the iLok license code.

Yea, my spam folder is completely clean...I bought Trigger a few months back and everything was immediate.

Also, I didn't check out with my username and password for the site...that shouldn't be a problem, should it?
