I was there last night.
Testament sounded great.
My only complaint would be the order of the songs in the set.
They started off with:
- Over The Wall
- The New Order
- Practice What You Preach
Then they did three songs in a row from the new album.
I think at a show like this, Testament needs to realize that the majority of the fans are most likely only familiar with their classic material.
That's not to say they shouldn't have played those 6 songs.
I think they should have mixed up the old and new throughout, and definitely end with a more known tune, like "Practice"
The crowd was totally into the first half of the set, but they lost them with the three new tunes. Not that they didn't sound good, just that the crowd was not familiar with them.
