ITS TRUE! I saw the advertisment in "Brave Words And Bloody Knuckles" (magazine in the back somewhere i think). See for yourself, you can buy the mag at HMV or sometimes chapters in the metal mag section.

i hope its true, but i've seen false tour dates in magazines before. it was a shitty free magazine, called Rip N Tear, but it said there was a soilwork/hammerfall show at the Kathedral, but there wasn't, i asked one of the dudes in soilwork and he knew nothing about it

It's not true. They are not playing Toronto that date. I asked Michael Amott, plus else he would have passed tourdate info for the website. He's very up to date and responsible with that.
