Anyone have click issues w/ cubase 5.5

So ever since I been working on Windows 7 and Cubase 5.5 I get this annoying thing happening with my click that it skips a beat or 2 every time i have click on. Doesnt matter at what tempo im at, it happens very randomly and this is becoming more of a hassle because it can throw a musician off.

Any ideas why the click track just skips beats?

Mine does that on occasion when I have 2 studio sends enabled both with click tracks being routed to them make sure if your using the control room you have the click being routed to it in the vst connections window and conversely if you are not using the control room make sure you don't have the click being sent to one

I am actually having similar issues on my laptop running windows 7. Not sure WTF but I haven't had time to troubleshoot.

I just routed it to MIDI and set up a cowbell or something in Groove Agent. Looking at the Steinberg forums, there are others with this problem. Haven't seen a solution but haven't troubleshot that hard either.
