'One of your bands?'Lee_B said:Cool. Thanks guys. They've approached one my my bands about an endorsement deal and wanted to make sure they weren't going to end up with stuff they couldn't use.

Please explain.
Nitronium Blood said:How does one pronounce Framus?
Similar to how one would pronounce the word 'Famous'?
Or something frenchie like 'Framoouch'?

i like to think i'm not very partial to shitty sounding amps... and my experience was 180 degrees opposite of yours. something is wrong with this picture somewhere... perhaps, as you said, the tubes were bad.TheSweetener said:Yeah that's how we pronounce it.
When I was looking for another amp for my studio, I tested everything possible. Now I use a Dual Recto and an Engl Fireball mostly.
I tried the Cobra and I was shocked how deeply it sucked. Fizzy and toneless. Very new metal strange thing. It was through a cobra cab also. Sorry to say that, but every other hi gain tube amp I tested (even the Laneys) were better.
Perhaps the tubes were bad or something.
Frams guitars by the way are lovely. They have a good Les Paul type model.
