80 bands, one of which is of course Symphony X, spread out over three days. Expect me to be there with a permanent smile on my face.

SymX isn't playing, even though Koshick claims they're "confirmed" - they'll be in Toronto that night, though that's not "confirmed" either.

All I know is that I'm going for free with a couple of friends of mine from my campus radio station. Hopefully I will see at least some decent bands there, and if not, I get to at least make some connections in the metal business (seeing as how I'm gonna be a metal director for my station). There are plenty of good bands scheduled for this show, all three days, so hopefully some of them will be there.

We all are aware of your disdain for Koshick by now. And for the record, it's nowhere near the heart of the Newark ghetto. It's in Irvington, and while not the nicest neighborhood in northern NJ, it's HARDLY a "Newark ghetto."
