On Cephalic Carnage-Exploiting Dysfunction album. Hands down one of my favorite guitar sound/tone and playing. If anyone can help me out that would be killer.

Most likely a ESP EX-351 thru a MArshall JCM 800. Most Death MEtal bands like this setup. Or a Viper guitar or Mesa amp.
