I'd like to get ahold of one, so does anyone know of any way I can, short of DL'ing it or buying it off someone online or something? <.<

What is the deal with Trinity anyways? I remember one time a few months ago it was availible on Itunes, but then it got taken down after like 4 days. Shame I didn't buy it then...

"Trinity" was indeed up on iTunes for a while, but the label that put it up had no rights to it and basically put it up illegally. The band owns the rights to the "Trinity" album and we're working to get it up there again through another label. We're hoping to have it up in the next month or so with the European bonus tracks. We'll be sure to let you know when it's up!

Cheers!

And here you go, from the official website:

PROTOTYPE ALBUM “TRINITY” GETS DIGITAL RELEASE

PROTOTYPE is proud to announce the digital release of their highly acclaimed debut album “Trinity”. Originally released in 2002 (2004 in Europe), “Trinity” laid the foundation for the band’s style of progressive thrash and featured such memorable tracks as “Live A Lie”, “Pure” and the title track “Trinity”. “We’re stoked to have ‘Trinity’ join the digital age,” said PROTOTYPE guitarist Kragen Lum. “Many of the folks that bought ‘Continuum’ on iTunes have been asking us when “Trinity” will become available. The physical CD is now out of print so we’re very pleased to have the album available digitally for the first time!” The digital edition of the debut PROTOTYPE album also features 2 bonus tracks, “Half Life” and “Chrysalis”, previously only available on the European Massacre Records release. “Trinity” is now available on iTunes, Amazon.com and other digital retailers via Nightmare Records.

PROTOTYPE recently finished recording drum tracks for their new album with producer Neil Kernon (Nile, Cannibal Corpse, Queensryche) in Los Angeles. The currently untitled album is scheduled for release in 2010 via Nightmare Records.
