As for Gere, he's very elusive as he's always making movies and going off to Tibet and stuff I guess. It's more like his wife lives here and he stops by for a visit here and there.

hm, famous not really, some bands live here in Innsbruck (some of Graveworm etc.) and also in Vienna (Martin Schirenc), sometimes meeting them as the Austrian Metalscene isnt really big, but thats it, there arent so many famous ppl here in Austria... and Arnie is american now

I heard that Jack Palance ("Ripley's Believe it Or Not") lives in Conygham (which is about an hour from where I live; it's by a hick town called Nescopeck). The drummer from the Lunachicks is supposedly from Kingston, originally (about 10 min. away). I don't know how true this is, but I heard that Zakk Wylde lived in Nanticoke at one time (another small town).
