AMAZING deal... if it were blue I would have purchased it already. However I can't really justify the money on it if it isn't perfect for me, even if it is such a killer deal.

Man that is one ugly body (mainly cuz of the extremely phallic upper horn  ), but I may have to try to ditch the Yamaha I just bought for this! Thanks for the heads-up man!

Dude I would HIGHLY recommend it. I mean, I've never personally played either the Warwick or the Yamaha, but something tells me the Warwick would stomp all over the Yamaha.

Well I have a lot of respect for Yamaha as a company, it's just the one I got is kind of gimmicky in its construction, and it comes at a price (I started a thread outlining it) - just hope I can find a buyer! :erk:

Fair warning: if you haven't played a warwick before you should go try one before buying it. They are very nice instruments but the necks are a love it or hate it proposition.

The crazyness of you guys! :)

I think the Warwick Corvette looks fucking badass!

This one doesnt have the right finish though. A friend of mine
has it in Bubinga and its awesome both in sound and looks!
Im might just get me a 5-string version.

If anyone in the US is interested I'm selling my 2000 Fender USA Deluxe Jazz V. Its a fantastic bass, but it just sits in its case all lonely an shit. Black with a Maple neck/fretboard and a tortoise pickguard. It was my main giging bass so its got a little wear and tear on the body. Letting it go for $600. Just recently had the frets leveled and setup.

What body wood?

I love Warwick basses-our bassplayer plays a 4 string Corvette $$ in blue-sounds really great in combination with his swr combo (and he's a good player).

Hey Erlend-nice to see you here!

If only i lived in the us id buy this, itd only be somthing like 400 euros delivered :(.

Yeah man, I hate it when you see good deals like that! Shur DHL wanted £100 off Mark (MetalJonesy) just to deliver the Krank Rev Jr I'm getting off him! They can fuck right off! Just so happens I'll be in the UK in 2 weeks anyways - sweet deal! :D
I'm sure you're aware of it, but if you're looking for good deals in Ireland, your best bet is Adverts.ie. They've a musical instrument section and a pro-audio section. I've gotten some pretty sweet deals from there in the past!

If you cover all shipping costs, you can have it shipped to me and I will forward it to you.

I might just have to take you up on that offer sometime (I know I've seen Marcus mention doing the same for Sneapsters in the past).
When I was in New York over St. Patrick's week, I saw an ESP LTD H-1001 for $880 (€622) - they're €959 over here!

Add in something like $100-200 for shipping, and of course import taxes, before deciding!
