Awesome movie. It's the best of the franchise since Empire.

Much less cheese than the last two and very, very dark and disturbing.

"Order 66" is among the best moments in the entire saga.

And, finally, the tragic irony in this movie is classic cinema. Classic.

I'm anxious to see it, but haven't been able to yet.
I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, so that I'm not disappointed....

I agree with you 110%. Order 66 is great, but my favorite part is the moment that leads up to Vader getting his suit. You know what i'm talking about.

I wanna see it but the thing I hate about these prequels is the fact that they are all so much more "cluttered" than the originals...In other words, the digital effects are good but there is so much more going on that the prequels look more futuristic than the later episodes...know what I mean? For instance, whenever they fly through space or what not there are thousands of ships at once whereas the original had more open space. I dunno if I'm elaborating my feelings well enough here...but the originals almost seemed more "realistic" because of their low tech vibe...

Yes, this is accurate.
However, after the rise of the empire, and the ravage of the clone wars, the galaxy's resources are scare (and/or comandeered by the empire) and many worlds are left poor. During the 20 years between EPIII and EPIV, we're supposed to assume that the empire is what has made everything look so 'run down' in the old trilogy.

I have seen it twice... yes, I went to a midnight showing, and I will be seeing it again tonight. There's SO much in this movie, that it's impossible to take it all in at once.

That said, I LOVE it!!!!! It takes it's place as tied with A New Hope as my second favourite SW movie after Empire.

Cheers!

Already got it on bootleg last night and watched it again. I know im being bad!

I have the same opportunity. A guy I work with has a copy that movie critics get to write their reviews. I normally would jump on a chance to see something at home that is currently in theaters, but I figure this is something to be seen on the big screen.

I'll be waiting at least another week for the crowds to die down (or I'll be waiting, "When The Crowds Are Gone" :worship: ).

Or more. I was never such a fan anyway, maybe in a couple more weeks I feel like seeing the Sith beating the Shit out of the Jedis
