Are these DI's any good?

Ok so as I mentioned before I'm going to be re-amping my band's demo soon (if interested in re-amping for us let me know, for those who already PM'd me, thank you, the band and I are going to figure out who can re-amp us after tracking is done but we'd like to have options)

I'm recording my friend's band and I wanted to know if my method of recording DI's is up to part for the re-amping giants on this forum...here are two 30 second samples of a guitar DI and a bass DI track..let me know if it doesn't sound right or something.

Only checked out the guitar DI.

There's something lo-fi and "distant" about them, but I just can't put my finger on it.
