Are we missing an easter egg on the dvd?

Was reading one of the reviews for the MMD dvd here:

Down at the bottom of the review, where they're talking about the Fueled and Metal Thrashing Mad hyper-angle options, the reviewer says
"There are also a couple of fun little Easter eggs scattered about the animated menus."

Have we not found something, or am I forgetting something? All I know about is Charlie's drum solo during the Smoke Break.

According to Anthrax's manager, that's the only one. Not sure if even he missed something though.
