arpeggios

I dont know if anyone else already asked this question, but what are some sinister/creepy arpeggios. I'm always stuck playing all the god damn minor or major ones. I'm learning most of my arpeggios and my sweep technique from Jason Becker songs. (Like off of the Perpetual Burn cd. )
If anyone else has some stuff like Malmsteen or Gilbert to recommend to me then that would be cool. Thnx alot.

Just combine 3 or 4 major chords in C,A,G,E,D pattern, you will never run out of ideas then

Hmm. I think I'm gonna go try that out. One of my gutiar teachers gave me all those patterns awhile ago. Im gonna have to go dig them up.

go for the 4, 5 and 6 string diminished forms.
also the minor b2 forms are pretty horrifying too.

arpeggios are really overated in my book, just a fancy name for a simple principle. Do some diminished arps if you want or in locrian mode. Those are very dissonant.

if you want into deep in arpeggios, you check all Marty play (Jason do it too), Marty Friedman I think he have coolest arpeggios, and he's king of arpeggios, if you want to learn arpeggios, dont look at ygnwie... except you want to learn about sweep.

use diminished sweeps, they're awesome and they add a dissonant enigmatic sound to your soloing
