Hey guys. I just got done with an EP and an required to imprint an ISRC code for each track. I have the codes, but NOW WHAT :(

easiest, cheapest & most reliable way i've found of doing it is writing directly into the .cue file and then using imgburn to burn the disc. look up cue sheets on wikipedia for a list of tags.

For Mp4, M4a, M4p, Mp3, Wma, Flac and OggVorbis files you can use
http://www.jthink.net/jaikoz/

For wav. files you need a program used for assembly that has the encoding feature.

Isrc codes do not transfer when converting wav. to lossy so you'd need to do them separately.

On a cd the codes are stored and read from the T.O.C. and do not travel with the individual wav. files when ripped from the cd.

^ didn't you start another thread about this exact same thing like several months ago?

just curious .. cause in that case then you DID learn stuff about it here :p

Oh come on Jarkko!!! :b

I'm really quite good at mastering, but I've never learned about doing this in class or here even, and it's just a bit different to me.

In all honesty, these are very, very basic things in the whole mastering dealio, so that comment is a bit ass-backwards. I don't want to start a fight or anything, but reading up a bit won't do you any harm :)
