Asking for some advice on acoustics in my basement... Video inside!

Hope I'm posting this in the right area of the forum... I guess you could say this is about gear.

Made a quick video of my basement area so you can see what I'm working with. I was hoping to get some advice on what I could do to help it out down there acoustically.

Sorry about my awkwardness and "Umms" all over the place... I'm bad at talking to the camera.

Any advice on how you would work with acoustically treating this area would be great. It's also tough, doubling as my live recording area and my mixing area. It's not perfect, and I doubt it will ever sound great, but it's what I have to work with right now.

just a quick suggestion, pull your desk back a bit from the wall and record the drums parallel to you (horizontally) rather than the way you have it.
