Attack Attack single...

I love how your friend hates it as soon as they do something with some actual credible musicianship
It's still not my cup of tea but it seems to have more substance than the Attack Attack we all know/knew, kinda "matured" if you will. Production is nice too, shame about the master though - a bit crushing/pumpy

There's two sides in this coin. I loved how the old Attack Attack! was fun music. Now they are obviously trying to get more serious. And you can get drowned in that sea. The song is ok and the new vocal style is better but overall I'm not sure. I'd like to hear them go heavier. They had some good and heavy parts on the last album.

Wow, the sound is actually somewhere coherent sounding, unlike that Stick Stickly song (which is the only other song I know from the band).
About the only positive feature, because it's otherwise an incredibly bland, ultra unoriginal metalcore song

It sounds like A Day To Remember now, which is a step up I suppose...

Also, it looks like they stopped using really stupid song titles! W00!

Make shitty troll music that pisses people off and gets you famous through viral internet hate, get record deal and national recognition, make serious music.

hmm

Yeah man fuck this shit.

Then legends like Chuck Schuldiner are slowly forgotten to make way for this crap. BULLSHIT.

^ Chuck will never be forgotten as long as there are dudes who introduce people to his music and unfortunate demise. You just won't see a band that resembles Death get out of the underground. Death themselves was a cult band right 'till the end. And I cannot ever see death metal become replaced by scene crap like this. For every two cheap-ass teenagers with shitty hairdos playing triplets all day, there's gonna be one kid with a Human t-shirt who wants to create the most intricate and brutal song imaginable in his bedroom. It's just that death metal simply won't be cool to most 15 year olds. The problem is not the music, but the people and how the record industry works. Most young people would rather indulge in cheap and accessible fun than spend quality time understanding challenging and complex music. Therefore cheap and accessible crap like this band's creative output has always been more popular, more marketable, and more profitable. It's a matter of values, or a painful lack of them, really.

As for this song, I actually liked them when they sucked harder. Because they used to be comical. Now they are simply pathetic, and... I guess this means they suck even harder now :) Well, fuck that noize!
