And I agree that a somewhat personal tone is best, to put the customers at ease, hence why I kept the personal pronoun and contractions. And I ditched the "new" from deck because it felt redundant after "new home"
And Greg, as for that last sentence in hers, you were close, but because the subject is "PRT", a singular entity, it would technically be "is able to..."
