Attention all QOTSA/Kyuss fans...

I got the Mondo Generator album "Cocaine Rodeo" today. For those who don't know, this is Nick Oliveri's band. The album was recorded in '97 but didn't come out until like 2001 until Southern Lord picked it up. Basically, this album is fucking amazing. It's heavier and more punk-influenced than any QOTSA/Kyuss stuff, but everyone really needs to check it out. I'll upload a track when I can. I for some reason doubted Nick's solo abilities, and that was an extremely poor decision.

dude, it's awesome. track seven is a 10 minute epic featuring Josh Homme, Brank Bjork, and John Garcia. After the heavy beginning, it basically becomes a lost Kyuss track.

Shawnette (#2) is my favorite so far.
