I received your package today, very, very cool.

I realized that, as expected, I forgot to send you the mix even though it has been done for three weeks. Unfortunatly due to a situation beyond my control I lost the email you sent me with your address, is the one on the package valid?

Please pm me the address you want me to send it if it is not. BTW, the email address that we corresponded with in the past might not work for a little while please refrain in using it otherwise it will probably bounce back.
