I was wandering about guitar activated midi control [ Something along the lines of the Roland Midi Pickup Guitar/Pedal Combo ] or the Axon AX-50 [http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AX50/] - as far as any "reliable" plug-ins [Vst, Converters Etc] do any exist currently?
I know this is something that the general audio world has been "struggling" with - [ translating chords, polyphony and simultaneity of notes on a guitar to transfer as MIDI signals ] but has anyone ever come close to achieving a reliable conversion?
