No doubt they'll tour Australia, its inevitable, I just hope they decide to wing over to New Zealand for a few shows, added incentive being they've never played here, that would make my year.

I think the last two tours were around April, so with fingers crossed they will get here around then. Would be a great birthday present for me... to myself...

As for support, not too worried as I know the guy's wouldn't do us wrong, however I don't think Tool suit them at all. Someone like black label society would do it for me

I suppose the earliest we can hope for is some time next year, after they've done their 5th consecutive US tour. I don't see why they wouldn't come though - there is a fairly substantial fanbase here.

Its not worth the trip for the amount of fans in Aus. I could say the same about Canada, but since its so close to the US, they drop in ;-).

Apparently the fanbase here is pretty huge (according to Mike) so they're coming here even before they fly over to Japan. I suppose that's somewhat flattering. We've always been at the ass-end of tours as well as the ass-end of the world.
