Finished this in December of last year and it finally got released! This project was the nightmare job where I literally had to retrack all of the guitars (see this and some other issues in this thread: http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/...rd-moment-when-band-sends-you-song-mixed.html ) and bass myself, laugh at my terrible punched in guitar playing.
Mix wise I'm pretty happy with it, I absolutely hate it when a band sits on something for a few months after its done as during those few months I start to despise the mix and want to change just about everything about it.
As I had to retrack this and mix it over the christmas period on a hell of a schedule, its old mate slate + pod. Totally worked for this sort of band though.
The band screwed up the credits on the youtube video (sigh), it should be;
