Avian (2/5 of Pyramaze) playing in Minnesota May 12!

Hey all,

Lance and Jonah's band Avian will be having their DEBUT performance in Minnesota, opening for Gamma Ray. There are currently no other Avian shows scheduled; this one-off worked out perfectly because Lance lives here and Yan is a huge Gamma Ray fan.

Also note, Gamma Ray's North American tour is only 9 dates and this is the ONLY ONE that is not on the East Coast or in CA. I know that there are a lot of people travelling for this show (I've heard from people in Chicago, Kansas City, and Winnepeg making the trek).

I'm attending for Avian. I couldn't pass up a chance to see them, especially since I have vacation time I need to use up and it's at a time of year that it's convenient to take off work. My ticket came in the mail today!

If it was Pyramaze, I would definitely go. I'm not a fan of Avian, though. Maybe I should listen to them more to try to get into the music.

We seem to be pulling quite a few fans from Chicago for this show (all those Chicago Gamma Ray fans have no where else nearby except us!). If there's any Chicagoans here:

Boy, am I excited for this show tomorrow night! I am observing Avian's rehearsal as I type this and HOLY CRAP is this going to be awesome! Damn, I love Lance King's voice.

BTW, Jonah is like the worst Halo player I've ever seen. Seriously. He sucks.
